AI Council ("we", "us") is a software service that gives AI coding agents project knowledge and team rules. The service is provided by [SELLER LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS]. By creating an account or buying a subscription you ("Customer") accept these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments.
Subscriptions are billed monthly per user at the prices on the pricing page. Taxes are added at checkout where required. You can change the number of users at any time; changes are prorated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
You keep all rights to your code, tickets, documents and the knowledge base built from them ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Data to train machine learning models. For self-hosted and air-gapped installations, Customer Data stays on your infrastructure.
AI Council works with AI agents and language models that you choose and pay for separately (for example Claude Code or Codex). Your use of those tools is governed by their providers' terms. We are not responsible for the output of third-party models.
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other customers' data, resell the service without our written consent, or interfere with its operation.
Access under the open source and education program is granted at our discretion, may be reviewed periodically and may be withdrawn if the project or institution no longer qualifies.
We work to keep the cloud service available and fix problems promptly, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Support is provided through the contacts listed on the About page.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination we will help you export your knowledge base and rules on request and then delete Customer Data from the cloud service.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify account owners in advance.
