Who is responsible

[SELLER LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS] ("we") is responsible for personal data processed through this website and the AI Council cloud service. Contact: Telegram @DmitryLunevsky.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email and role of users of your workspace.
  • Customer Data: code, tickets, documents and knowledge entries from repositories and trackers you connect. Used only to provide the service.
  • Telemetry: technical events such as tool calls, durations and errors. Telemetry does not contain user content or prompts and does not record branch names.
  • Form submissions: the name, organization, email, contact and message you send through forms on this site.
  • Payment data: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details. See Paddle's privacy notice.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, to bill subscriptions, to answer requests and applications, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and do not use Customer Data to train machine learning models.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent for form submissions.

Who we share it with

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the cloud service, Paddle for payments, and the model provider you configure for your agents (your agent sends context to it under your own account). Each processes data under its own terms and our instructions where applicable.

How long we keep it

Account and Customer Data for as long as your subscription is active and up to 30 days after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Form submissions for up to 24 months. Billing records as required by tax law.

Self-hosted installations

If you run AI Council on your own servers, Customer Data stays on your infrastructure and you control it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to processing. Write to us via the contact above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to run it. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
