If AI Council is not right for your team, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. No questions asked.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial months after the first 14 days, except where the law requires it.
When you remove users during a billing period, the unused amount is credited against your next payment.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net, or message us on Telegram @DmitryLunevsky. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
