About AI Council

The people behind AI Council have done custom software development for more than 15 years: CRM and ERP systems built and extended for clients, with codebases that are many years old. Our company has 35 people. A typical project has two to five developers working at the same time, plus analysts, testers and a project manager, so knowledge about any project is always spread across people.

When we moved to AI agents across our teams, the problem showed up fast. The agent writes good code but doesn't know the project. It starts from zero every day, doesn't remember team decisions or conventions, and the knowledge still lives in people's heads and leaves with them.

We built AI Council for ourselves and have developed it for a year and a half on our own and our clients' projects. New developers on our teams now pick up tasks on their first day, and agents get the project's decisions and rules before they write the first line of code.
