Greptile is an AI code review service focused on whole-repository context. It builds a graph of functions, classes, imports and dependencies, and during review it checks what a change affects beyond the diff. It learns from team reactions, picks up rules from discussions on its own, and through MCP lets you resolve its comments right from the IDE.
Of all the review tools, Greptile is closest to AI Council in its use of a code graph. The difference is where the graph does its work. Greptile uses it to check a finished pull request. AI Council uses it while the agent writes code, and adds a separate layer of decisions and rules with freshness checks.
